The CHAMPIONS project has started in 2010 and now more than a year from the beginning a meeting was hosted by the Europa Programm Center EPC, the Chamber of Commerce Erfurt (IHK Erfurt) and the European Information Center (EIZ) at the Baroque Hall of the State Chancellery of Thuringia. The meeting was held onthe 4th and the 5th May 2011. Main purpose was the information exchange about state of project and growing results. The meeting was under the patronage of the Minister of Thuringian State Chancellery and for European Affairs Ms. Walsmann. She held a warm welcome spech and pointed out the importance of regional development projects like CHAMPIONS to make the european growing together visible to the people of the regions. Later the day all partners presented their project progress reports.
